Ngonidzashe believes in the uniqueness and superiority of the human brain and mind above all creation and along with exploring, mapping, and (where necessary) rehabilitating and developing both, he aspires to become one of the worlds leading and best neurosurgeons. As such a task requires a great and visionary leader, Ngonidzashe, a born perfectionist, is modeling his life towards this goal daily with the words of another great leader, the late President Theodore Roosevelt:

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat." – Ted Roosevelt
